We partner with a variety of state, and federal agencies, as well as multiple governmental organizations, as well as other state agencies within our nation, that our foundation works within, that is locally and or nationally, regarding the communities we visit, that we work within, because our foundation is recognized nationally, because we provide services to victims, and survivors regarding, civil and human rights injustices, such as the domestic violence, human rights violations, human trafficking, sex trafficking, organ trafficking, child exploitation, hate crimes, financial exploitation of the elderly, wrongful incarceration, wrongful arrests, vindictive malicious prosecution, being committed by elected officials, aka superior court judges, magistrate judges, judicial officers, that misuse there discretionary powers, and don't follow the laws of the state that these certain judges hold their bar license in as elected judges, who totally disregard the rules and procedures of misconduct, in superior courts regarding civil and or criminal proceedings that are heard and whatever state court rules and statues are these certain superior judges alter the laws and statues illegally to the judges benefit, keeping in mind these laws that were created, to uphold the civil and human rights laws, that were created to be upheld, to protect the legal citizens, of the United States, under our Constitution Of The United States, "these certain state superior court judges, feel that they are above the law," and ignore the laws that were made within the Constitution Of The United States, and as a result these certain judges caused anarchy in our nations superior court rooms, and this is why this foundation was formed, "I'm A Survivor Of Domestic Violence Inc," a 501c3 non-profit, organization, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, was created, "to flip the script" our founder main objective is to expose, these lawyers that got elected and appointed, as superior court judges, magistrate judges, judicial officers! Our foundation was formed "to level the playing ground" for the thousands, actually tens of thousands, of victims nationally within our nation, who suffered and or lost there lives, and or lost their loved ones lives, to the orders that get handed down, by the hands of these superior court judges, who just believe in their minds, that there above the law! Well guess what, they're not, these judges are just lawyers, that got appointed by elected officials, and now are sitting on bench, ruling over their case load, that they sit over, while on the bench, that these certain judges oversee certain cases, that are given to these judges to give favorable dispositions!
Most recently "in many instances, like most recently, some judges are forced to just resign" most often these days, and or get indicted, or terminated, and or removed from the bench permanently, due to judicial misconduct, and or vindictive malicious prosecution! So please realize this foundation, is a sounding board for victims, and or survivors to have a voice on the other side of the phone that actually cares and will understand, our organization will listen, and provide resources, and so much more.
